I chose to seek help after struggling with pain on the outside of my left foot for the best part of a year on the days where i played golf or did a lot of walking. I was diagnosed with an inflamed tendon. Not only did Ian go through a plan of how to reduce and clear the inflammation, he highlighted the route causes of why this happened. i received a plan to ensure its not going to be an ongoing recurrence. Honestly can not recommend Ian any higher. 5 stars from me!
