Runners & Triathletes are some of the largest population groups that we work with. We have worked with hundreds of runners and triathletes with injuries over the last few years and have developed successful treatment and injury prevention protocols for common running and triathlon injuries. Common injuries in this group include tendinopathies such as Achilles, hamstring and gluteal tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis (heel pain), IT band syndrome, anterior knee pain (runners knee), shin splints and muscle strains and injuries.

As we are the only clinic in Scotland offering world leading expertise in tendinopathies and sports injuries, we have had great success in treating these types of injuries, and athletes very often come to us after failed treatment at other clinics.
